Lovespoken is operated by Skywork Creative LLC ("Lovespoken," "we," "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information Lovespoken collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and Services. By using the site, you agree to the practices described here.

Our promise

We never sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with advertisers. We collect only what we need to create and deliver your invitation, and we use it only for that — and to support you along the way. The details below explain exactly what that means.

Information we collect

• Order details you provide — names, wedding date and time, venue, wording choices, and similar information used to create your invitation.
• Contact information — your email address, used to send your confirmation, your finished invitation, and order updates.
• Guest RSVP information — if you add an RSVP page, the responses your guests submit (their name, attendance, meal choice, and any note). This data belongs to you, the couple; we process it on your behalf.
• Payment information — processed securely by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
• Basic usage data — standard technical information your browser sends, used to keep the site working and secure.

How we use your information

• To create, deliver, and support your custom invitation and RSVP page.
• To communicate with you about your order.
• To process payments and prevent fraud.
• To improve our Services and respond to your questions.

Service providers we use

We share information only as needed with trusted providers who help us operate — for example, our payment processor (Stripe), our email-delivery provider, our database and hosting providers, and the video player that streams your film. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

How we protect your information

We rely on reputable service providers and use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers, and we limit access to personal information to those who need it to operate the Services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work hard to keep your information safe.

Data retention & the RSVP lifecycle

We keep order information as long as needed to provide the Services and meet legal obligations. RSVP pages follow a set lifecycle: about 30 days after the wedding the page closes to new responses, and about 60 days after the wedding the page and its hosted video are retired. Please download and save your invitation video to keep a permanent copy.

Your choices & rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal limits. To make a request, email us at hello@lovespoken.com.

International users

Lovespoken is based in the United States, and we process and store information here and with our service providers. If you use the Services or submit information from outside the United States — whether as a couple or as a guest responding to an RSVP — you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

Children's privacy

Our Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted here, with its "Last updated" date, is the one that applies.
