Lovespoken is a service operated by Skywork Creative LLC ("Lovespoken," "we," "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lovespoken website and your purchase of our products and services ("Services"). By placing an order or using the site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Refund & Revision Policy.

What we provide

Lovespoken creates custom animated wedding invitation videos and, optionally, a hosted RSVP page and dashboard. Each invitation is personalized to the details you provide at checkout. Because every order is made to order, it is a custom digital product.

Placing an order

When you place an order you confirm that the names, dates, wording, and other details you submit are accurate. We rely on this information to produce your invitation. You are responsible for reviewing your details before submitting payment.

• Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days of purchase. During peak season, please allow up to 7.
• We may contact you to clarify details needed to complete your invitation.
• Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future orders.

The RSVP page & its lifecycle

If you add an RSVP page, we host your invitation film and a guest-response form at a custom link, along with a private dashboard. To keep this affordable, RSVP pages are not hosted indefinitely:

• Your page stays live through your wedding date.
• Beginning about 30 days after the wedding, the page shows a brief closing message instead of the invitation.
• About 60 days after the wedding, the page and its hosted video are retired and the link redirects to our website.

We recommend downloading and saving your invitation video so you keep a permanent copy. If you need your page kept live longer, contact us before these dates.

Your content & our work

You are responsible for the details and any content you submit, and you confirm you have the right to use them. The animation, design, messages, music selections, and software that make up our Services remain the property of Lovespoken and its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-commercial license to use your finished invitation for your event.

Uploaded music

If you upload your own song for your RSVP page, you confirm that you own it or otherwise have the right to use it. If we receive a valid notice that an uploaded song infringes someone else's copyright, we may remove it without notice, and we will let you know by email so you can upload a replacement. Repeated infringing uploads may result in the custom-song feature being removed from your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services — including attempting to access other customers' orders or dashboards, disrupting the site, or using our work for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimers & liability

The Services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lovespoken is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted here, with its "Last updated" date, is the version that applies. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
