Refund & Revision Policy

Revisions

We want your invitation to be just right. After we deliver your first draft, your order includes one round of revisions.

• Your included round — covers detail corrections such as spelling, names, date, venue, and small wording tweaks to your chosen design.
• Additional revisions — need another pass? A further round of revisions is available for an additional fee.
• Larger changes— switching to a different design, or changes beyond the included round, may incur an additional fee, which we'll confirm with you first.

Refunds

Because invitations are custom digital products made specifically for you, our refund policy is different from off-the-shelf goods:

• Before work begins— if you cancel before we start animating your order, you're entitled to a full refund.
• After work begins, before delivery — a partial refund may be available depending on how much work has been completed.
• After delivery— because the finished file has been produced and delivered, completed orders are generally non-refundable. If something is wrong, we'll make it right through revisions.

If we can't deliver

In the rare case we're unable to complete your order, you'll receive a full refund.

The RSVP page add-on

The RSVP page is hosted on a set lifecycle (it closes about 30 days after the wedding and is retired about 60 days after). This limited hosting is part of the add-on's price and is not separately refundable once your page is live. See our Terms & Conditions for details, and please save a copy of your video.

How to request a refund or revision

Email us at hello@lovespoken.com with your order details and what you'd like changed. We'll respond within one to two business days.
